The goal of my intercultural training is to assist you in increasing your own intercultural competence. All you need to bring is curiosity, openness and interest in order to open yourself to other cultures, peoples and nations.
At my events, be it one-to-one or group training, team training or coaching, you obtain knowledge about the country itself, its people and their cultural characteristics. You are also sensitized to their patterns of thinking and behavior.
This enables you to better understand the feelings and needs of your business partners and behave accordingly. You are given space to reflect on your own culture and are enabled to think about your own thought processes and conduct. By becoming aware of your personal strengths your are able to carve out possible strategies in dealing with people from other cultures.
